Experience Yellowstone provides its customers the option of making reservations for lodging and activities through its website. For its services, Experience Yellowstone charges a non-refundable 10% service fee based on the total dollar amount of your reservations. In the event the 10% fee is less than $10, you will be billed the non-refundable minimum service fee of $10. The service fee will be billed separately to your credit card under the memo of "Experience Yellowstone". By using our service, you authorize Experience Yellowstone to charge your credit card the 10% non-refundable fee.

Online reservation requests that are made online Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm (Mountain Standard Time) will be replied to by the close of business that same day. Online requests made from 3:00pm Friday through Sunday will be responded to by the close of business on Monday or the next regular business day should Monday be a holiday. Online reservation request forms are not to be used to check availability. Once an online request is received by our office, it will be processed and an e-mail confirmation sent with out further notice to the customer. It is your responsibility to provide a valid e-mail address to which we can send your confirmation. Experience Yellowstone is not responsible if you provide an invalid e-mail address or contact information. Please call us if you want to check availability.

In most cases lodging and activity vendors require either the first night's stay or the entire booking amount be charged to your credit card in order to secure your reservation. It is your responsibility to review the correctness of all information you enter on the reservation forms before submitting them. In the event we are unable to make reservations for the dates you request, nothing will be billed to your credit card.  In the event we are not able to make reservations for you, you will not be charged any service fee, and we will destroy your paper work to protect your personal information.

If you need to change or cancel your reservations, you may do so by either contacting the lodging or activity vendor directly or by contacting our office. A reservation is not considered canceled until you have a cancellation number. It is your responsibility to be aware of the cancellation and deposit policies of the properties/vendors with which you have reservations. Policies differ by property, and the advance deposit is sometimes refundable as long as the reservation is canceled with the terms of the property's cancellation policy.

The National Park Service has additional fees for entering the National Parks. It is your responsibility to pay these fees, as they are not part of any reservations we provide for you. We encourage you to purchase an "annual pass" good for a year from month of purchase and good nationwide at approved National Park locations. The National Park Service also has approved the concessionaires to charge additional fees for electricity and other uses. These fees are not collected or charged by Experience Yellowstone. You may obtain park passes in advance by visiting www.nationalparks.org. Finally, Experience Yellowstone is not responsible for price changes made by lodging or activity vendors or for losses due to Acts of God or a specific action or inaction of a lodging or activity vendor.  By using the services of ExperienceYellowstone.com, you authorize us to use your credit card to make reservations on your behalf and you agree to the terms and conditions included herein.
